Yoga Nidra is a a unique style of guided meditation lying down, that allows the participant to drift into Alpha brain waves, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. Allowing for the body to go into rest and repair. mode and a deeper consciousness. If it's hard for you to turn the mind off, Yoga Nidra is for you. All you need is a quiet space and a blanket or mat to lay on. Bring a pillow and blankets for comfort. Turn all notifications and sounds off.
