Once booking any service, you will receive a confirmation email with any details needed from satyashalayoga@gmail.com.

• For virtual events, we will use Zoom for live sessions. We may also use a Facebook group for group discussions. 

• For retreats, you will receive an info packet with all details to the email address provided.

• 1:1 meetings will be held on Zoom, phone, or Facetime, depending on preference of client.
