Refund / Cancellation Policy

We want to ensure your satisfaction with our services, as we are a heart focused business and are here to help people. Please reach out to satyashalayoga@gmail.com with any refund / cancelation questions.

 

Group Classes / Workshops

If you cancel 24 hrs before your booked group session begins you will receive a full refund upon request. If canceled after 24 hrs, you will receive credit.

Courses / Series

If you cancel 24hrs before the start day of your series or course, you will receive a full refund upon request. If you cancel after 25% of the course/series has been completed, you will receive a 50% refund. After that, no refunds.

Retreats

Deposit is non-refundable but may be used as a credit for future services upon cancellation. Any payments made after the deposit will be fully refundable up to 5 months before retreat start date. If cancelled under 5 months to 3 months, you will receive 50% money back of monies paid. Cancellation 3 months or less before retreat start date will receive no refund.

1:1 Sessions

For 1:1 sessions you may cancel and re-book up to 24 hrs before a session. You are allowed one cancellation without penalties to rebook but no refund.
