Join me in a 1 day virtual retreat on the Power of Gratitude.

During this challenging time, it's easy to feel like everything is going wrong and fall into a hopeless rut. While we have so many things to be grateful for, our brain tends to focus on what we don't have and what's not going right for us. This thought pattern perpetuates anxiety, depression, negativity, and sadness. When we focus on gratitude we realize how precious our lives are and how everything is provided for us. As we give thanks to what is already gifted to us, we attract more to be grateful for.

In this retreat, you will learn to shift this lacking belief system to one of abundance and giving thanks​. I will share tools to assist you in breaking the non-grateful thought patterns so your default is to gratitude.

Retreat Includes:

  • Body Gratitude: Yoga Class

  • Tools for shifting into the Power of Gratitude

  • Gratitude for the Elements: Affirmation Meditation

  • Yoga Nidra

This is for you if:

  • It's hard for you to really feel grateful.

  • You tend to think on the negative side.

  • You've become disheartened by existential crises.

  • You can intellectualize gratitude but you don't feel grateful.

  • You've been feeling down and hopeless.

  • You need a pick me up.

Schedule: Pacific Time

  • 9-10am Body Gratitude Yoga Class- Gentle Yoga class honoring the body and all it does for us. All levels. Bring mat/rug, small blanket, and pillow.

  • 12-1pm Tools for Gratitude Class and Gratitude for the Elements Meditation


  • 4-5pm Closing and Yoga Nidra

**There will be space to introduce yourself and ask any questions but there won't be any group sharing or partner work. All sessions will be recorded and emailed so you can access them in the future.
