A little about me...

I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. I've spent the last 9 years living in between the Bay Area and many different countries, immersing myself in different places and cultures. Most of this travel has been Yoga related as I've taken most of my trainings abroad. Since 2017, I've been hosting California and international Yoga and Meditation retreats but had to cancel them recently due to Covid. I've been focusing on virtual offerings, which is super fun and more inclusive to everybody. Retreats will come back but not until I feel it's safe to host a group.

 

I've been practicing natural healing, plant based nutrition, sustainability and holistic living since I was a kid. Living and working in sync with nature has always been my passion. I want to inspire others to sync into the natural rhythms of the Earth for ultimate health and balance.

 

Travel and Yoga, have been a huge part of my life and my personal transformation. For the past 10 years I've been exploring, living, teaching, and studying in many different countries. I lived off the grid in jungles, forests, and remote towns for months at a time collecting experience and perspective. Using a holistic approach and Yoga, I've healed trauma thinking and responses, old unworthy thought patterns, health problems, and depression. I discovered inner happiness was always there, I was just looking in the wrong places. My goal is to share these tools with others in hopes that they can help find more depth, purpose, and happiness in their lives.

I believe that we contain all the answers to our questions. We are always whole but forget it sometimes and that's why I'm here to remind you that you are perfect and worthy.
