6 week series. Mon. and Friday at 9am Meditation and Pranayama (breathwork), Wednesday Yoga Nidra 5:30pm. All sessions are 50 min and will begin with 10 minutes of gentle movement. Pacific Standard Time. All sessions will be through Zoom.
